* Our meeting room supports an unlimited number of participants, but only up to 40 can be dialed in to a conference call.

* We offer both VOIP and land-line options. When call quality and stability are paramount, land-line calls are the best choice. Like Skype calls, VOIP call quality can be spotty depending on individual internet connections. Using VOIP doesn’t mean giving up your phone, though—you still have a number for you or your participants to dial, and you can use your computer’s headset.

* Tracking data stops being available after 30 days (Personal plan) or 90 days (Team plan). You always have access to the most current tracking data, for as long as your plan is in good standing.
